Welcome to Stakeholder Intelligence. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Subscriptions and Seat-Based Billing

Stakeholder Intelligence operates on a subscription model with a base fee (Owner License) and additional fees for each added Workspace Member (Seat). If you add seats during a billing cycle, you will be billed a prorated amount. If you remove seats, the reduction will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months of service.

Limitation of Liability regarding AI Insights

Our platform uses advanced AI to analyze meeting transcripts and stakeholder dynamics. While we strive for high accuracy, these insights are intended to assist—not replace—your professional judgment. Stakeholder Intelligence is not liable for any business outcomes, project delays, or relationship management issues resulting from the use of our tool.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes. You must not use our service to store or transmit any illicit, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
