Stakeholder Intelligence acts strictly as a Data Processor. Any meeting transcripts, stakeholder profiles, and project notes you input belong entirely to you. We do not sell, rent, or trade your corporate data to any third parties. You retain the right to export or delete your workspace data at any time.

2. AI and Machine Learning Strict Boundary

We understand the absolute sensitivity of your internal corporate meetings and politics. The data you process through our AI features (such as Meeting Sync and Sentiment Extraction) is transmitted securely via enterprise APIs with Zero Data Retention policies. Your data is NEVER used to train public AI models.

3. Information We Collect

We collect basic account information such as your name, email address, and billing details (processed securely via Stripe) to provide the service. Additionally, we store the content you actively input into our platform, including stakeholder data, internal meeting notes, and network map configurations.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, strict role-based access controls, and infrastructure isolation to protect your organizational data from unauthorized access or disclosure.
